Shift Type: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts (exact start/end times to be discussed)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide specialized occupational therapy to patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on upper extremity rehabilitation
Treat a diverse caseload including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Cover acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care as needed
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Help patients regain function and independence through evidence-based interventions

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification required
Experience with orthopedic upper extremity therapy preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fracture rehabilitation
Proficiency in orthopedics, hands, elbows, and shoulders
BLS certified
Lymphedema training is a plus
