Shift Type: Per diem shifts vary; example shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Document patient information accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Maryland required
BLS certification required
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in electronic health records
Strong problem-solving abilities
