Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support mobility and transfer assistance to maintain independence
Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption as per facility requirements
Reliable and compassionate attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of elder care best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
