Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, rotating days including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in a beautiful inpatient facility
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Utilize ceiling lifts and Hoyer lifts to ensure safe patient handling
Document care accurately using Meditech Home Care system
Collaborate with the hospice team to support patients and families

Qualifications

Active Wyoming CNA license required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience
Experience in hospice or acute care preferred
Must live more than 100 miles from the facility (radius rule applies)

Knowledge & Skills

Hospice care principles and end-of-life support
Competent in using ceiling and Hoyer lifts
Proficient with electronic medical records, especially Meditech
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide empathetic and respectful care
