Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function
Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies for continued improvement

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Arizona state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language pathology
Patient-centered approach with empathy and professionalism
