Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications

Current Alaska RN license in good standing (or ability to obtain upon acceptance).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in med-surg or outpatient setting.
BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, culturally diverse environment.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
