Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents
Develop individualized care plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or compact eligible)
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
New graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records
