Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including scaling and polishing, to patients in a welcoming environment.
• Educate patients on oral health practices, empowering them to maintain healthy smiles between visits.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the dental assistant and office team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Maintain meticulous patient documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices to deliver optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work a Saturday shift from 11:45 AM to 6:00 PM
• Comfortable working with the support of a dental assistant

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Proficient in patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Skilled in infection control and sterilization procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
