Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts and adapt quickly to different units

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
