Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols diligently

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience in dental hygiene practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with dental radiography and X-ray techniques
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Skill in patient communication and education
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dental team
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
