Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by performing thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays, ensuring clear and accurate imaging
- Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral health practices
- Assist the dentist with procedures and maintain a smooth patient flow
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
- Document patient histories and treatment notes accurately
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Experience with dental software and record-keeping
- Attention to detail for accurate x-rays and patient documentation
- Ability to educate and motivate patients towards healthier smiles
