Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by performing thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene treatments
• Take and develop dental x-rays, ensuring clear and accurate imaging
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral health practices
• Assist the dentist with procedures and maintain a smooth patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Document patient histories and treatment notes accurately

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Experience with dental software and record-keeping
• Attention to detail for accurate x-rays and patient documentation
• Ability to educate and motivate patients towards healthier smiles
