Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient preparation and procedure support
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and process dental X-rays as directed
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and charts
• Provide friendly, reassuring care to patients throughout their visit
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed in all procedures

Qualifications

• Valid dental assisting certification or relevant training
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control standards
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
