Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance with weekend and holiday requirements

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more
Float across multiple units within Zone 1, adapting quickly to different environments
Titrate heparin drips and manage telemetry monitoring
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families
Uphold safety standards and respond to emergencies as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
Prior neuro experience preferred
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Must be willing to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in MS-Tele nursing, including cardiac and neuro patient care
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to titrate heparin and manage multiple drips
Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Experience with electronic health records and telemetry systems
