Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility cases
Manage a combination of inpatient and outpatient caseloads, adapting treatment plans to patient needs
Collaborate with supportive nursing and therapy staff to deliver comprehensive care
Precept new staff as needed by the unit
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Qualifications

Current Texas Physical Therapy license
National Physical Therapy license (NPTE)
BLS certification
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and wound care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Time management and organizational skills to handle 7 treatment hours per day
Adaptability to treat a variety of diagnoses including fractures, sports injuries, and amputations
