Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET/CT scans
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during exams
Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs equipment
Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results
Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
PET experience required
Driver's license required (to verify distance from facility)
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Must reside outside 50-mile radius from Omaha facility
No artificial nails allowed in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of nuclear medicine procedures and safety
Proficiency in operating PET/CT and gamma camera systems
Excellent patient communication and care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
