Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize electronic health record workflows
Provide training and support for healthcare teams on informatics systems
Analyze clinical data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Participate in system upgrades and implementations
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EHR systems and clinical software
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of clinical workflow optimization
