Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system efficiently
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Maintain a productive caseload of 9-11 patients per day

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Ability to provide professional references from recent supervisors
Comfortable working with a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, and neuro conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation
Proficiency in Cerner electronic medical records
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants
