Shift Type: Per diem Nights, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (as-needed schedule)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts
- Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with orders
- Document patient care accurately and communicate handoffs to day teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS or specialty certifications preferred
- Comfortable working overnight hours and managing acuity independently
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Previous acute care or med-surg experience preferred
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and clinical decision-making during overnight hours
- Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
- Electronic health record documentation proficiency
- Basic life support and emergency response skills
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
- Team collaboration and clear handoff communication
