Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Support safe transfer and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Document care provided in a clear and timely manner
- Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with strong bedside manner are welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Education
- CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and safe transfer methods
- Competence in measuring and documenting vital signs
- Familiarity with infection control practices and standard precautions
- Good observational skills to notice changes in patient condition
- Teamwork, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
