Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4x10s or 3x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, night shift with call required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-ray imaging in operating room, portable exams, and outpatient settings
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to obtain accurate diagnostic images
Maintain and operate imaging equipment including Siemens, Shimadzu, and Carestream machines
Document patient information and imaging data in Epic and PACS systems

Qualifications

Must be ARRT (R) certified in Radiography
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of recent X-ray tech experience required
Must have OR/C-arm experience
Experience with Epic and PACS systems preferred
Ability to float to Pain Clinic when needed

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in performing general X-ray exams, portables, and OR imaging
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Skilled in using Siemens X-ray rooms, Shimadzu and Carestream portable units
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
