Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy to pediatric and adult outpatients with diverse diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
• Utilize a warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy interventions
• Collaborate with a supportive team including a PT supervisor and pediatric PTA
• Occasionally assist with acute inpatient care and early intervention services
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
• Flexibly schedule your own patients while ensuring coverage for evaluations and documentation

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (or compact license eligible)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Some pediatric experience is required - we want someone who loves working with kids
• Comfortable with both outpatient and occasional acute care settings
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute within a 60-mile radius

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in pediatric physical therapy including developmental delays and orthopedics
• Experience with aquatic therapy or willingness to learn
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
