Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for outpatient clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed to achieve goals
Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies for continued improvement

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Experience in outpatient or adult rehab settings is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities
Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
