Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with an hour lunch

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, helping patients regain mobility and function
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation techniques
Proficient in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities
Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning
Time management and organizational skills
