Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Provide comprehensive care to LDRP patients, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
Active Alaska RN license in good standing
Current BLS, NRP, STABLE and HS AED certifications required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations
Strong understanding of the nursing process and primary nursing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
