Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge as the lead nurse on shift, ensuring smooth operations and quality care
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Provide wound care treatments following best practices
Monitor residents with chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PT and social services

Qualifications

LTC experience required
BLS certification required
Active RN license in ND or compact state
Six months of long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Leadership and charge nurse skills
Medication administration proficiency
Wound care knowledge
Compassionate patient care
Team collaboration
EMR experience with Matrix system preferred
