Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with rehabilitation aides and PTAs
Document patient progress in Cerner EMR system
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Maintain a professional and supportive environment

Qualifications

Valid California Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation
Vestibular and balance therapy
Neurorehabilitation
Patient assessment and treatment planning
EMR documentation (Cerner)
Team collaboration
