Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Support residents with personal hygiene and comfort needs in a dignified manner
Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualized, goal-directed nursing care
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
At least 1 year of long-term care experience
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
BSN preferred but not required
Compassionate, patient, and ready to make a difference

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in using a PC, clinical databases, and standard medical equipment
Strong understanding of nursing care principles and the nursing process
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
