Shift Type: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and other diagnoses in a small-town clinic setting
Collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists and aides to optimize patient outcomes
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
BLS certification required
Outpatient experience preferred; acute care experience is a plus
Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Patient education and exercise prescription
Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
