Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend, every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of the unit and coordinate resident care
Administer medications accurately and safely
Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
Assess residents and communicate changes to the care team
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff
Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience required
Must live outside the 50-mile radius rule from Garrison, ND
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in long-term care nursing and chronic disease management
Strong medication administration and wound care skills
Charge nurse experience and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and team coordination
Comfortable using Matrix EMR system
