Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize EHR workflows
Provide training and support to nurses on clinical systems
Analyze data to improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency
Lead implementation of new clinical informatics tools and updates
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
Facilitate communication between clinical staff and technology vendors

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska (or compact state)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Certification in Nursing Informatics (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EHR implementation and optimization
Knowledge of clinical workflows and nursing processes
Data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Understanding of healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
