Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures with precision and care
Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times
Collaborate with physicians to deliver accurate diagnostic results
Maintain detailed patient records and equipment logs

Qualifications

Active certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT (N))
Current BLS certification required
PET experience is required for this role
Valid driver's license to verify residency outside 50-mile radius
Ability to obtain DOT certification within 90 days of extension
Comfortable with artificial nail policy for patient safety

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and safety
Experience with PET/CT equipment (training available for Siemens systems)
Strong attention to detail and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of radiation badge use and safety protocols
