Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
