Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to a diverse patient population in a 20-bed mixed medical/surgical ICU
Monitor telemetry, manage ventilators, and administer critical drips
Assist with advanced procedures like central line insertion, arterial line placement, chest tubes, and intubation
Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs and LNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to Progressive Care unit as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Telemetry experience required
PCU or higher level of care experience strongly preferred
Experience with critical drips, vents, and ICU equipment is a big plus

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Skilled in managing ventilators, CRRT, Impella, IABP, and other advanced ICU equipment
Comfortable with EMR system (Sunrise)
Strong organizational and adaptability skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
