End Date: 09-18-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekday call after 4:30 PM and rotating weekend call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies, including cardiac, SPECT, bone scans, and gastric emptying studies
Operate GE nuclear medicine equipment
Work effectively with the radiology team, including the Lead Technologist and in-house radiologist
Provide high-quality patient care and imaging services
Participate in rotating weekday and weekend call

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Current BLS certification
Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification in California (CA NMTL)
Ability to float to Mercy Downtown location (approx. 6.5 miles away)

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear medicine imaging techniques and protocols
GE nuclear medicine equipment operation
Radnet and Merge Unity software systems
Effective communication and teamwork skills
