Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality patient care in oncology, PCU, and MedSurg units
Titrate IV drips and monitor hemodynamic status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document care accurately in EPIC EMR
Participate in patient education and support
Assist with charge nurse duties and unit float responsibilities

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license in Nebraska
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
BLS and ACLS certification required
Oncology certification preferred
Experience with IV pumps and hemodynamic monitoring
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology patient care
PCU and MedSurg nursing
BLS and ACLS protocols
IV pump management (Alaris)
Hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Swan, ICP)
EPIC EMR proficiency
Ventilator care
Medication titration (insulin, cardizem)
