Location: Fort Morgan, CO
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric and adult outpatient therapy
- Treat patients with various diagnoses, including developmental delay, autism, and orthopedic conditions
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Current CO PT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, with some pediatric experience preferred
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
- Pediatric and adult patient care
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Communication and interpersonal skills
