Location: Redwood City, California

End Date: 09-18-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with a day off during the week when working a weekend shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in ICU and inpatient units
Work with patients who have orthopedic and total joint conditions
Manage ventilated patients and patients with various medical diagnoses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy
Experience working with orthopedic and total joint patients, ICU patients, and ventilated patients

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and interventions
ICU and acute care patient management
Orthopedic and total joint rehabilitation
Ventilated patient care
Medication management and pharmacology
