Location: Olympia Fields, Illinois

Start Date: 08-06-2026

End Date: 06-09-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating start times between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM, every other weekend, with occasional on-call

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with precision and care
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize image quality
Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
Adhere to state and federal regulations for radiation safety
Educate patients on procedure details and answer questions

Qualifications

Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by Illinois
Current BLS certification through AHA
At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program
Ability to work alternating start times and every other weekend

Education

Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
Strong computer skills for electronic health records
Familiarity with DCI/BVP is a plus
Excellent communication and patient care skills
