Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using evidence-based techniques
Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active Texas State Physical Therapy license required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
BLS certification from AHA required
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neuromuscular rehabilitation
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Time management and documentation accuracy
