Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
Assess patient respiratory status and report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory equipment
Maintain accurate patient records and document interventions
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in ventilator management and respiratory modalities
Knowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation techniques
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
