Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, including rotating every third weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to patients from neonatal to geriatric populations
Manage advanced ventilators (PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1) and high-flow therapies
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in ICU, NICU, and ED settings
Make independent clinical judgments in fast-paced Level II trauma environment
Ensure safe and effective respiratory support across surgical, medical, and cardiac units

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT credential required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Must hold or obtain ND state license before start
Minimum NICU experience is a must — we need someone ready to hit the ground running
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60 Respironics
Expertise in neonatal to geriatric respiratory care
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Adaptability to rotating shifts and on-call holiday coverage
