Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, every other weekend, with on-call rotation (30-minute response time)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging studies including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Operate GE and Toshiba scanners to produce accurate images
Utilize Radnet and Merge Unity PACS for image management
Collaborate with radiologists and lead technologist for optimal patient care
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
Float to nearby facility (Mercy Southwest) as needed

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiography
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and take call
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with GE and Toshiba imaging equipment
Experienced with Radnet and Merge Unity systems
Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and positioning
Ability to handle high volume (100 studies per day) efficiently
Adaptability to float and work in different settings
