Location: Lebanon, OR

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure efficient and accurate testing
Work closely with the Laboratory Director on policy development and procedural improvements
Oversee testing of blood, body fluids, and tissue to aid in disease diagnosis
Ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP accreditation standards
Coordinate laboratory services for hospital inpatients, emergency patients, and outpatients
Lead and mentor lab staff to maintain high-quality performance

Qualifications

Five years of experience in a clinical role
Two years of laboratory leadership experience
Proficiency with Kronos/UKG required
Proficiency with Epic Beaker required
ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist required
Hospital experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Laboratory operations management
Clinical laboratory testing and procedures
Kronos/UKG timekeeping and scheduling
Epic Beaker laboratory information system
ASCP certification and regulatory knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills
