Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in electronic health records
