Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence
Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients return to daily activities and community life
Specialize in orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, dizziness, and chronic pain rehabilitation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to provide comprehensive care
Travel to multiple points of care within the facility as needed

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care within the facility

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and stroke rehabilitation
Proficiency in balance, dizziness, and chronic pain management
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with Point Click EMR system
