Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population across multiple units including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more.
Float throughout Zone 3 facilities within a 60-mile radius, ensuring patients receive top-quality care.
Titrate drips such as heparin as needed, monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient assignments.
Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient acuities.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of progressive MS-Tele experience
Prior neuro experience preferred
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Willingness to float across multiple facilities and units
Ability to adapt to varying patient acuities and unit dynamics

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to titrate cardiac drips (e.g., heparin)
Excellent communication and teamwork
Flexibility to handle floating assignments
Time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments
