Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform ABG draws and interpret results
Set up and manage BiPAP and mechanical ventilators (PB 980, Philips V60, Respironics Lumis)
Administer nebulizer treatments and conscious sedation
Provide cardioversion standby and assist with intubations
Care for neonates in Level 2 nursery, including bubble CPAP, for patients 32 weeks and up

Qualifications

Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Must have NICU experience and proficiency with Level 2 nursery care

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and setup
ABG interpretation and drawing
Neonatal respiratory care including bubble CPAP
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby
Strong teamwork and communication skills
