Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to elderly residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Valid CPR certification (BLS)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Physical stamina to assist with lifting and moving residents
