Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Cycle scheduling with available shifts: 0600-1430, 1400-2300, 2200-0630. Every other weekend and holiday required.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) for accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Current LPN or LVN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting (not required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for EMR documentation
