Sonographer – UHC Staffing

Sonographer

Location: Durango, CO

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM - 6:00 PM, 4 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends and holidays as needed, with call requirements of 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound procedures on patients
Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain its functionality
Work closely with radiologists and other medical staff
Provide high-quality patient care and support

Qualifications

General Certification Requirements (BLS)
Certs/ARDMS (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) - RDMS (General or OBGYN), RVT preferred (RDCS bonus)
Strong General and OBGYN - Vascular experience preferred
Experience with procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Ultrasound technology and sonography
General and OBGYN - Vascular procedures
Patient care and communication
Medical terminology and record-keeping
